The Rock and Roll Emporium simple layaway plan is a great way to get the things you want by spreading out your payments over time. With a down payment and manageable payments over
time, you can own the items you want with no interest, no hit to your credit card, and no dings to your credit score. Your merchandise will be tucked away and available immediately
upon final payment.
As with all of our transactions, there are no refunds for layaway purchases, but you may exchange the items for store credit at any time during the layaway or within 30-days of the final payment. A 10% re-stocking fee applies to all layaway items returned to store stock in exchange for store credit. Items abandoned more than 30 days after the final payment us due are forfeit.
