The Art Leasing Program at The Rock and Roll Emporium is a cost-effective way for companies to make their restaurant, retail, business or office space more inviting for their customers while having the opportunity to use their walls as an additional source of income.

WHY IS IT COST-EFFECTIVE?

   It's Affordable: An art lease agreement is a contract in which the user (the lessee) pays for the use of the art while the lessor owns the art. With our program you can lease, lease to own or even sell the art and make a commission.

    No Credit Required: A lease is not a loan. Borrowing reduces lines of credit. Leasing is an operating expense, giving the customer increased borrowing capacity.

    Tax Benefits: An operating lease may allow 100% of the monthly payment to be included as an operating expense. Bank financing would allow only the interest cost to be included as operating expense. Check with your tax advisor to determine how this may LOWER pre-tax income and REDUCE taxes.

The Rock and Roll Emporium's Art Lease program allows your company to lease a minimum of 3 art pieces at a low monthly rate in 3-month intervals. After the lease has reached full term, you may return your pieces, start a new lease with new art, or renew the lease for your existing pieces. Your full lease amount is credited toward the purchase of your art. Once you've paid the retail value, you own it.

As always, our art is for sale. If our art sells while at your location, you get a 5% commission on the sale that can be applied toward your lease, other purchase or cash back at the end of the lease term.

GETTING STARTED IS EASY.

Step 1 - Contact us to arrange a consultation - our highly qualified and experienced consultants will meet you at your location to view your space and ascertain your tastes and requirements.

Step 2 - View a range of suitable artworks at our showroom or at your location - we can give you professional advice on the placement, combination, and style of art to enhance your space and suit your personality or corporate identity. We will then install the chosen artwork for you.

Step 3 - Our consultation, delivery and installation costs are included in one simple 3-month lease fee. After the initial 3-month lease period you may decide to buy, to continue leasing the artwork, or to change it for a different piece of art.

PRICING OPTIONS:

Lease prices for less than ten (10) pieces are 20% of the retail value of the piece per work for a 3-month period. Ten (10) or more pieces leases for 10% of the retail value of the art for a 3-month period. There is a vast range of retail prices that can fall anywhere from $25 to $10,000 and upwards, depending on the stature of the artist or the price of the work. Most pieces fall within the $150-$800 range leaving the monthly lease price to ranging from $10 to $50 per piece.

With a selection of artworks from over 1000 artists, including original art, vintage concert posters, autographs, memorabilia shadow boxes in a range of sizes and styles, we are well positioned to bring you the best in the art of Rock and Roll. We can also arrange the appraisal, framing, reframing or hanging of artwork you currently own.
